Terms of service
Welcome to Artistical Blades. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online store, website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. About Artistical Blades
Artistical Blades offers handcrafted knives, chef knives, knife sets, outdoor knives, and other related handcrafted products through our online store.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to customers.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
By using the Services or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, importation, transportation, and use of any product purchased from Artistical Blades is lawful in your country, state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction.
You must not use our products or Services for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products and Handcrafted Variations
Many Artistical Blades products are handcrafted. Because of the handmade nature of our products, reasonable variations may occur in:
- Damascus patterns;
- blade finish;
- color;
- handle material;
- grain;
- texture;
- dimensions;
- weight;
- decorative details;
- other handcrafted characteristics.
Such reasonable variations are part of the nature and individuality of handcrafted products and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, materials, and the handmade nature of the product.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and other information are accurate.
However, occasional errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- product unavailability;
- pricing or listing errors;
- suspected fraud;
- unauthorized or declined payment;
- inability to verify necessary order information;
- shipping restrictions;
- legal or regulatory restrictions;
- suspected misuse of the Services.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our relevant policies.
6. Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order products may be created according to customer-selected specifications, including blade style, materials, handle design, dimensions, finish, engraving, or other requested features.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming agreed specifications before production where confirmation is requested.
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for an individual customer, cancellation, return, exchange, and refund eligibility may be limited, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Reasonable handcrafted variations are not necessarily defects.
7. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is accepted, subject to applicable law.
Price changes do not normally affect orders already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error or another lawful basis for correction or cancellation.
8. Payments
Payment must be successfully completed or otherwise arranged and accepted before an order is processed or shipped, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms, policies, security checks, and processing requirements.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel processing where a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged for review, or reasonably suspected to be unauthorized or fraudulent.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs matters, and related conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, security checks, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.
10. International Orders, Customs, and Import Restrictions
Customers placing international orders are responsible for checking whether a product may lawfully be imported, possessed, or received in the destination jurisdiction.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or similar governmental or carrier-imposed charges may apply depending on the destination. Responsibility for such charges will be determined according to our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Artistical Blades is not responsible for a customer’s failure to comply with local import, possession, age, licensing, or other legal requirements.
11. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, together with any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Please review the Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
12. Safe and Responsible Use

15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, shipping providers, social media platforms, or other services.
We do not control all third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, security practices, or terms.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and website content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artistical Blades will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse of products, unlawful use, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, failure to follow reasonable safety practices, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Customers remain responsible for safe, lawful, and appropriate use of products.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
19. Privacy
Our collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about our privacy practices and available privacy choices.
20. Changes to the Services or These Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, regulatory, security, or business reasons.
When we materially update these Terms, we may revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
The version of the Terms in effect at the relevant time will apply subject to applicable law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights or other mandatory legal rights that may apply to a customer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer resides.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from us, subject to applicable law.
